TAUZ and ZACCI Hold Business Talk Series on Celebrating Success

Texila American University Zambia (TAUZ), in collaboration with the Zambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ZACCI), recently hosted an insightful Business Talk Series under the theme "Celebrating Wins Through a Positive Mindset." The event brought together business leaders, professionals, and students in Lusaka for an engaging discussion on the importance of cultivating a positive mindset in achieving personal, professional, and organizational success.
The keynote session was delivered by Dr. Sylvia Mwansa Chief Executive Officer of SBM Training & Consulting Institute, who shared extensive insights on how individuals and organisations can develop and maintain a positive mindset to navigate challenges, celebrate accomplishments, and sustain motivation over the long term.
Dr. Mwansa highlighted that acknowledging both minor and major achievements is critical in building confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose.

Meanwhile Dr. Amit Singh Dean of the School of Medicine at Texila American University Zambia, expressed sincere appreciation to the Zambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry for partnering with the university to deliver the talk series.
